Return Guidelines
Return items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Each item must be returned to a specific location. Please ensure only the items listed on your return label are included in the package.
Each return label is assigned to a specific return. Do not include items from multiple orders or retailers in the same box. Doing so could prevent your refund from being processed in a timely manner.
Please note that
There is no restocking Fee for returning.
There is no cost of returning products in case this happens when the products are not correct by us, damaged by the carrier, or defective in another way
But you will be responsible for paying the actual cost of shipping for your shipping costs for returning your item in case of purchasing the wrong product, it doesn’t fit or they no longer want the item
Cancel the order
Due to how quickly we process orders, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve completed your purchase. This includes but isn’t exclusive to changes like the following:
- Changing the item
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding items to your order
- Shipping method
Wrong product
We apologize if the product you received is different from what you ordered! Contact us at support@roomheatpro.shop and we’ll be sure to get you the correct style you ordered!
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not currently offered on Roomheatpro. You must purchase the replacement product separately and return the original product for a refund.
Refund
Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or deny your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a 5-7 day period.
Delayed or lost refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take 5-7 days for your refund to be officially issued.
Next contact your bank. It usually takes 5-7 days to issue a refund.
